MV Apartment

Developed while the building was under construction, the interior design took the client’s cat into account from the start in organizing the spaces. Circulation, furniture and finishes serve both the resident and her pet. Light oak joinery runs through the rooms, with curved ends that give continuity to the whole. In the office, a bookcase with staggered shelves builds the cat’s route into the design of the furniture. Granite in the kitchen and bathroom creates a material link between the two rooms.
